This is the fastest and most popular pathway for newcomers seeking a new life in Canada. Express Entry organizes and processes applications for people who wish to immigrate to Canada and acquire Canadian permanent residence (PR).

Express Entry is an online application management system which aims to ensure faster processing and better economic outcomes for permanent residence to Canada under federal and certain provincial programs.

To qualify for EE, applicants need to meet the criteria of at least one of the three federal economic immigration programs below:

Program Target group
Federal Skilled Trades Class (FSTC) For Qualified, experienced tradespersons who want to immigrate to Canada
Federal Skilled Worker Class (FSWC) Professionals and skilled workers who want to immigrate to Canada permanently. Candidates can apply with their spouse/partner and dependent children
Canadian Experience Class (CEC) For individuals who have worked in Canada for at least one year seeking to be permanent residents

Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria will submit a profile in the Express Entry pool, known as an Expression of Interest (EOI).

There Are Four Stages To The EE:
